What goes in each field
- Server or URL. The full address from our message, beginning with http:// and including any port number after a colon. Not the M3U link.
- Username. Exactly as sent. Upper and lower case letters are not interchangeable.
- Password. The same rule applies; check for a capital added at the start by the keyboard.
- Name or nickname. If the app asks for one, it is only a label for you. Type anything.
Some apps offer several login types. In XCIPTV, for example, the listing names Xtream Codes compatible API, EZServer and M3U URL. Choose the Xtream Codes option.
Get the login accepted
- Delete the three fields and start again rather than correcting them.
- Paste, do not type, where you can. On a TV, typing each character carefully is safer than predictive input.
- Turn off auto-capitalisation on a phone keyboard if it changes the first letter of the username or password.
- Check the server address character by character against our message: the start, the dots, the colon and the port.
- Try the login in a second app or on your phone. If it works there, the first app's settings are the cause.
- Make sure no other screen is watching. A Streamora subscription plays on one screen at a time.
When the login is correct but still refused
- Your 24-hour trial or your plan has reached its end date. Plans are paid once and do not renew by themselves.
- Another screen is already watching with the same details. A Streamora subscription plays on one screen at a time.
- You recently changed device. A subscription can move to another device; tell us so we can update it.
- The details stopped working on every app and every device at once.
In any of these cases, message us with the app and device you are using. We can check the account and resend the details.
Questions
Is the username case-sensitive?
Treat it as such. Enter every letter exactly as it appears in our message.
Do I need http:// in the server field?
Use the server address exactly as we sent it, with its beginning and any port number.
It worked yesterday and stopped today. Why?
Often a trial or plan end date, or a second screen in use. Message us and we check.
Can I use the M3U link instead?
Yes. Your access works with both. Ask us for the M3U link if you do not have it.
