1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Streamora TV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or service flow.

These terms are offered by Streamora TV, which you can reach at contact@streamoratv.org. Plans are for adults only: you need to be 18 or older to order one.

2. Service description

Streamora TV provides IPTV plans that give access to live TV channels, live sport, and films and series on demand, together with setup guidance and support. Actual content access, quality and availability may vary depending on region, device, network and third-party services.

3. Plans and pricing

Streamora TV offers four plans, priced at €14 for 1 month, €33 for 3 months, €48 for 6 months and €74 for 12 months. Prices are in EUR. Each plan is paid once for its full period and does not renew automatically: when the period ends, access ends unless you choose and pay for a new plan. All prices are charged in euros, wherever you live.

Each subscription plays on one screen at a time; watching on several screens at once needs one subscription per screen. A subscription can be moved to another device. To change to a longer plan, contact support.

4. Ordering and payment

Plans are ordered through the request form on the checkout page. The form collects your name, email, selected plan, device and country; it does not collect card details. Each request is reviewed by hand, and we then send payment instructions by WhatsApp or email.

Payment is accepted by PayPal, bank transfer or crypto. Your plan is usually activated within an hour of your payment reaching us.

5. Free trial

A 24-hour free trial is available on request by WhatsApp or email. No credit card is required. The trial is for checking the service on the screen you plan to use, and it does not turn into a paid plan automatically. Trials are limited to one per person or household. The trial gives access to the full service and is sent on WhatsApp after your request.

6. Refunds

Plans are not refundable once activated, which is why we offer a free 24-hour trial first.

7. Account usage

Users are responsible for keeping account details secure and using the service lawfully. Access credentials must not be redistributed, resold or used for unauthorized commercial activity. We may suspend an account when access details are shared or resold, or in case of fraudulent use or abuse.

8. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the site, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation or use Streamora to share unauthorized content.

9. Service quality

We aim to provide useful setup guidance and a reliable experience, but streaming quality can depend on factors outside our direct control, including internet speed, device performance, app compatibility and third-party service conditions.

10. Support

Support is available by email at contact@streamoratv.org and on WhatsApp at +212 631 938 932, and through the contact page. 24/7 support by real humans, in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Italian and German.

11. Updates

These terms may be updated as the product, checkout and localization architecture evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
