Streamora TV is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This policy explains how we may collect, use and protect information when visitors use our website, contact support or move through the plan and setup flow.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information that helps us provide support and improve the website.

• Contact information: name, email address and messages sent to support.
• Device context: the device type or app preference shared during setup.
• Technical data: browser, pages visited and general diagnostic information.
• WhatsApp messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number, profile name and the messages you send, used to answer you and to arrange a free trial or a plan.
• Checkout context: selected plan, device and country submitted with your name and email. Requests are stored for manual review, payment-status follow-up and subscription activation/expiry management; no card details are collected. Payments are made outside this website, by PayPal, bank transfer or crypto, using the instructions we send you.

3. How information is used

Information is used to answer questions, provide onboarding guidance, improve website performance, protect the service and prepare account or plan communication.

4. Cookies and analytics

The request form uses an essential browser-session cookie to protect submission and verify a recent receipt. Owner access also uses a protected session. Request details are not placed in URL parameters.

If you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, on this website to count visits, pages viewed and clicks on the trial, WhatsApp and order buttons. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to 13 months and processes your IP address and device and browser information; Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Advertising features are off. If you choose “Refuse”, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

If you choose “Accept”, we also use the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads. It records page views and clicks on the WhatsApp and order buttons, sets the cookie _fbp for up to 3 months and processes your IP address and browser information; if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta can link the visit to your account. Meta may transfer data to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you choose “Refuse”, the Meta Pixel is not loaded.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Request records are accessible to authorized support staff. Hosting and email services process information needed to store requests and notify support. We keep subscription requests for 24 months and WhatsApp and email conversations for 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to contact@streamoratv.org.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are carried by WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Meta processes information such as your phone number and message metadata, and we do not control that processing. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, email contact@streamoratv.org instead.

6. Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards. No online system is completely risk-free, so users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information through open support messages.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Contact contact@streamoratv.org for privacy questions. Our service is for adults: we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated as the checkout, localization and support systems evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information or private playlist credentials.
