Live channel, film or category

  • A live channel. A channel can be unavailable for a while. Note the time; it helps us check.
  • A film or series episode. Try another title in the same category. If only that one fails, report its exact name.
  • A whole category looks empty or old. The app may be showing a saved copy of the list. Refresh or reload the playlist in its settings.

Check before reporting

  1. Wait a minute and try again. Then try a neighbouring channel.
  2. Refresh the playlist or sign in again in the app, so it loads the current list.
  3. Try the same channel in a second app or on your phone.
  4. Note the exact name, the category and the time, or take a photo of the screen.
  5. Send it to us on WhatsApp. We check it and reply. 24/7 support by real humans.

If many channels fail

When most channels fail, it is no longer a channel problem. See account or setup to find the cause, and fix buffering if they start and then pause.

Questions

Why does one channel fail when the rest work?

A single channel can be unavailable for a while. Report it with the time so we can check.

A category is empty. What should I do?

Refresh or reload the playlist in the app. If it stays empty, tell us the category name.

A film starts and then stops. Is it the same problem?

If other films play smoothly, report the title. If many pause, it is more likely buffering.

Do you need a screenshot?

It helps, especially of any error message, but the name and the time are enough to start.
